• Is there a free trial of Pro?

  No. The Free tier is forever free, so you can use it as long as you want with one seat and 500 rows. When you need more data, more seats, or AI chat, you can upgrade in a couple of clicks. We'd rather give you something honest you can keep than a 14-day countdown.

• What counts as a row?

  One record in any dataset. The row limit is org-wide and counts every dataset together — so 10 datasets with 5,000 rows each adds up to 50,000 against your plan. CSV uploads, Google Sheets syncs, and webhook events all count the same way.

• What happens if I hit my row limit?

  New uploads and syncs are blocked, but every existing dashboard, report, workflow, and case keeps working exactly as before. You can either buy a row pack ($15/mo per +50K rows) or upgrade to the next tier. Whichever is cheaper at your scale.

• Can I cancel anytime?

  Yes. Starter and Pro are month-to-month with no contracts, so you can cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again. Annual plans run for the term you signed up for. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately.

• Do I need a data warehouse?

  No. That's the whole point. Upload a CSV, connect a Google Sheet, or send us a webhook and you're building dashboards in minutes. No Snowflake, no BigQuery, no dbt, no consultants. If you outgrow that later, database connectors are on the Pro and Enterprise roadmap.

• Where is my data stored?

  US data centers (Google Cloud, us-central1) for all plans today. EU or other custom regions can be set up for Enterprise customers on request, we'll do the work to make it happen. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

• Can I push data in programmatically?

  Yes. Starter and above include an inbound REST API and a generic webhook receiver, so you can pipe data in from anything that can send an HTTP request. We don't currently offer a public API for pulling dashboard data out or managing cases and workflows programmatically. If that's a blocker, email us and tell us what you'd build.

• Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

  Reach out and tell us about your use case. We don't have a public program yet, but we'd rather make it work than turn good teams away because of pricing.
